Each year, multiple students are selected to receive awards, with funds going directly to their college, university, or trade school upon enrollment confirmation.

Renowned physician, scientist, and gerontologist, Mark Lachs, MD, MPH, will discuss “The Changing Face of Aging – High Tech Meets High Touch” in two free talks on Wednesday, April 9 at the Ebenezer Theater in Easton and Thursday, April 10 at the Garfield Center for the Arts in Chestertown.both from 7 to 8 p.m.   Brought to the Shore by Upper Shore Aging (USA), a nonprofit serving Talbot, Caroline, and Kent Counties, both talks are free and open to the public.

During Human Trafficking Awareness Month, January 2025, For All Seasons once again partnered with community agencies to bring awareness to this growing hidden crime. This year, the agency reached out to area youth to creatively engage them about the risks of human trafficking on the Mid-Shore. Agency staff highlighted the intersection between human trafficking, technology, and internet safety by partnering with the Easton High School AP Spanish class and Building African American Minds (BAAM).

Generous Gifts from Several Families for Middle School Expansion Push Together We Soar Campaign Total to Nearly $2 Million

Together We Soar, Kent School’s $2.3 million campaign to expand its Middle School and grow its endowment, received a major boost last week. First, the school received a $250,000 commitment to name the new Innovation Center, which will be built on a 1,600 square foot concrete foundation that was poured in 2012 as a placeholder for future expansion of the Middle School. This gift follows a recent generous family gift of $100,000 to name the Middle School Science Lab, and a $50,000 family gift to name a Mathematics classroom.
